Mary Proznik
Owner | Lead Designer
From the very first conversation, it’s easy to see why Mary
is such a vital part of the VIVE team. As Lead Designer, she
brings a rare blend of professionalism, warmth, and creativity,
helping clients feel confident, supported, and excited as they
begin their home journey with VIVE.
Mary’s thoughtful design approach and keen attention to
detail shine through in every project. Whether she’s discussing
floor plans, refining design details, or working through
timelines, she takes the time to listen and ensures every
question is answered efficiently and thoroughly.
With a strong background in real estate and development,
Mary brings valuable insight to each project. She began
her career at the age of 19, in property management and
went on to earn her Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License
and then her MBA from The College of Saint Scholastica.
In addition to being a Partner at VIVE, Mary also serves
as a designer for another local builder and has helped open
hundreds of doors across the Chippewa Valley. Her strong
relationships, community knowledge, and design-driven mindset
have all played a key role in launching VIVE Design & Renovation.
Mary’s commitment extends beyond her work. She is deeply
involved in the community, serving on the Board and Government
Affairs Committee of the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association,
the Board of the Eau Claire Tenant Landlord Resource Center,
and volunteering with Junior Achievement through CVHBA. She has
also served on the City of Eau Claire Redevelopment
Authority and Planning Commission.
Outside of work, Mary is a devoted wife to her high school
sweetheart, Bill, and mom who can often be found cheering
from the stands at her daughters’ sporting events. Family
is at the heart of everything she does and it’s the
driving force behind her passion, work ethic, and success.
Todd Davis
Owner | Superintendent
Todd brings nearly 35 years of hands-on construction experience
to every VIVE project. He began his career at 18, in carpentry,
quickly developing a passion for building that led him through
nearly every facet of the trade, including framing, finish carpentry,
roofing, and exterior siding. In 2002, he founded Davis Carpentry
and Construction, LLC, earning a reputation for exceptional
craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Known as a trusted mentor and resource within the industry,
Todd values strong relationships with trade partners to ensure
consistent quality and dependable warranty support, something
he takes great pride in. He works closely with clients from the
first pre-construction meeting through the final walk-through,
bringing transparency, care, and a commitment to building every
home or remodel to the highest standard.
When he’s not on the jobsite, Todd enjoys spending time with
family and friends, traveling, and riding his Harley with
his wife, Stacey.
Jason Griepentrog
Owner | BTS
With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of finance,
Jason ensures that every project is built on a strong, sustainable
foundation. As a partner of VIVE Design and Renovation, he serves
as the steady force behind the scenes, overseeing all financial
strategy and operations.
As a successful local real estate developer and general
contractor, Jason has quite literally opened hundreds of
doors across the region, developing properties and communities
that continue to shape the local landscape. He began his
career building single-family homes and investing in multifamily
rentals. Today, he owns hundreds of rental units, many of
which were built and are managed alongside his VIVE business partners.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson
School of Management, with a focus on finance. Beyond business,
Jason is a devoted family man. He married his high school sweetheart,
Kathy, and together they have built a life centered around
their three children: Ashton, Dax, and Morgan. Much of his
free time is spent at the hockey rink, proudly supporting
Ashton and Dax, who have committed wholeheartedly to the sport.
When they’re not at home or at the rink, the Griepentrog
family loves to travel, creating meaningful adventures and lasting memories.
